What are you listening to now?
On a first excited listen I was massively underwhelmed. Later I realised I was thinking about it and wanted another listen. Now, about a week later, I'm utterly obsessed with it and it's easily in my top list for the year..... For me it…

So, a great introductory first episode, a derivative second episode already relying on a top foe and now..........well....a truly dreadful third one that again just riffs an old existing story. That really was a stinker. I was full of excitement fo…

Grabbed it and it's perfect. Will try (if I can find space to work with it!) to work it down to a manageable size/format. A 16GB 1080i .ts is not the best for easy use!

I can no longer get onto Dime (http://www.dimeadozen.org) Anyone have success? Just tried mine - working fine. Not the answer you were looking for but at least you know it's worth keeping trying.

Would really like to see that live too. Love the album I really didn't do jazz so it caught me by surprise as to just how much I've been enjoying it. It was that albums fault that I recently got into the utterly amazing "Touch And F…

There's rips of the live broadcast floating around for anyone interested :) Oooh, really? Any clues as to where an interested person may sneak a d/l or two?

Charlie Jones' album 'Love Form' in anticipation of seeing him performing in Bath tomorrow night. You lucky thing - I really wanted to catch him live as I'm loving the album but he's coming up this way at the mo.

Although knowing what's coming, and being baited at one point to stay & knowingly watch, you could feel the quiet recoil even in the cinema at the moment Medea finally succumbs to her pain. Brutal, visceral yet utterly compelling. McCrory …

For me the 1st episode seems stronger and I'm not sure if the second one felt less so because it was or in comparison to the 'event viewing' mindset I had in the cinema for the first one. Still enjoyable, though, and only two in there…

The utterly gorgeous smouldering new Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds track "Give Us A Kiss" - a great taster for the "20,000 Days On Earth" film & live by satellite event in two weeks time. Between Medea tonight and that coming …

Out from seeing the new Nordic noir kid on the block, "The Keeper Of Lost Causes". ....and it's brilliant. In some ways a simple story with simply drawn characters but it's how it plays out and the little details that make it…

How do you feel today?
For the first time in a while I'm feeling content in my own skin. I've semi-purposefully been taking a back seat and letting life flew over me for a bit. I love the busy and the effort but I'm finding that if I don't pace myself …

The balcony directly above where the photo was taken from has a number of super-comfy leather chairs and sofa's, each with their own tables etc. Yep. I'll be in one of those - you have to do these things right :D

I love the bit where he says that he hope's Goldfrapp fans will forget that's what they are and just be thinking that they are Medea fans instead. I guess that would indeed be the ultimate compliment for the production as a whole!
