Nice. Thanks for sharing. I like Enya. "How can I keep from singing" is one of my favorites.

Goldfrapp in unexpected places..........
I opened youtube to search for some songs and there was Goldfrapp "Jo" as one of the featured songs. I don't know how consistent it will be if anyone else pops youtube open but I so!!

The first post says what I want it to say , but as a layered post . Its only caveat is that its a `forum` like this one is used , not forums in general that I refer to . The first post just sounded so - I don't know, analytical? serious? Not y…

Soothe me! (the sentimental & schmaltzy are welcome)
Though, considering it was almost surely taken in the studio, I don't really want to know the right answer but I felt she looked a bit wistful and, yes, maybe forlorn.

RAAAAAAANTTTTTT!!!!
My rant is about the word "luv". Maybe think of it as a noun versus the verb form.

Concept Albums
Whenever I think of concept albums, I think of "Tommy" by The Who or "Desperado" by The Eagles.

How 'bout Season's Geetings? That should be fairly antitheistic. As an agnostic, I often wonder, though, what the world would haven been like without religions. It's easy to blame religiions for the world's problem. I'm …

It's just good to hear from you, Carpy. And, as an author of more stream of consciousness messages than I can count, my condolences. ;) Actually, kinda wierd, I haven't written something like that in ages....

ADMIN PLEASE NOTE: Forum issues
Whisperit said: How to kill a forum - encourage redundant postings by people who think their empty-headed postings are "fun". So, I was just wondering, do Whisperit and Sartori consider their own messages fun? And, if so, then....

Missing Persons
I've just run across too many people disappearing for no apparent reason and, then, showing up at some later point .... or not. That is a weird thing about this internet existence. In many cases, one may never know what happened to some folks…

Sing. Sing a song. SING IT LOUD!
So sorrry, Folksie. I hope you find a way over that hurdle soon. I'm sure, when you do, it will be spectacular. What ponygurl is saying seems to make sense. When my company was taken over by another, I found that the phrase, "fuck …

Is 'Yes Sir, I Can Boogie' available anywhere in 2013?
If it is in the recycle bin, all you need to do is go there, click on the file, and tap file/restore.

Hmmmm, just wondering, are you aware of what a "recycle bin" is? It might be in there. When something is deleted, on most computers, it is hardly ever permanently deleted unless you really go out of your way to do so. Corrupted files ar…

Ponygurl: Yeah, I finally got what you were suggesting after reading a little (hard to find, by the way) about solarized paint. It's a great way to go. I hope that can develop it soon. That is close to no-cost energy, which makes it ultra-co…

Actually, Carl was all over the map. He just had a mind with no boudaries and a rapacious appetite for knowledge. It's been about as long for me, concerning both of those books ("Cosmos" I tend to read every few years) and I can…
