Em interesting @whispered - mixed it with olive oil and pepper for the dog potion. It seems it might be a bit of a placebo - nothing wrong with that if it works for you.

Thanks @stevil for the heads up I was aware of Sa Dingding's origin - I looked her up when I first heard the track. @iuventus got my drift an attempt at humour which clearly failed in some quarters. :-)

Interestingly my MiL was terminally ill before Christmas, she couldn't take normal pain relief for a bad neck and the Doc recommended pineapple as a natural remedy - anyone else come across this?
